Abstract Guidelines
All presenting abstract authors must be registered for the
conference prior to submitting an abstract.
Deadline for abstract submission: Jun 22, 2026!
Please note:
- All
abstracts must be submitted electronically. Submissions via mail or fax
will not be accepted.
- Each
registered attendee may serve as the Presenting Author on
only one poster.
- Abstracts
are limited to 300 words within the “Abstract Text” section of the
submission form.
- The
abstract must include: Title, Authors, Affiliation, Introduction,
Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
- Acknowledgements and Keywords (maximum
of three keywords) must also be provided.
- Presenting
authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all data
included in their abstract.
- Abstracts
will be considered only after the registration fee has been paid.
