Registration and Payment

• Registrations will only become effective upon payment.
• Online deposits and bank transfers will not be accepted, as we cannot identify the depositor when this form of payment is used.
• Participants who do not pay the registration fee will be notified. If no response is received, the Organizing Committee will cancel the abstract

Registration Fee Includes

Registration fees include admission to all Scientific Sessions (Plenaries, Parallel and Poster),  the Exhibit Hall,  and the items listed below. Fees do not include admission to separately ticketed events.

Iguaçu Falls Day Tour

Meeting Materials

• Bags, badges, and program materials will not be mailed in advance of the meeting.
• All registrants must present a copy of the email confirming their registration at the on-site Registration Desk at the Convention Center to collect their materials.
• The Registration Desk will also be able to print your badge upon your arrival at the meeting.

Emergency Medical Service

The conference will provide a medical clinic and a mobile ICU staffed by professionals trained in first-aid care. The ICU vehicle will be located at the end of the foyer in the Convention Center.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• A receipt and a written request for a refund must be submitted by July 25, 2026.
• Requests should be sent to: icnf2026@sbbq.org.br
• Approved cancellations will receive a refund of 70% of the registration fee.
• After August 1st, 2026, no refunds will be issued.
