To qualify for the Graduate Student rate, proof of enrollment (e.g., a student ID or letter from the university) must be uploaded during registration or sent to the organizing committee.
The Conference Banquet and Iguassu Falls Tour have limited capacity. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. These items are non-refundable after July, 31st 2026 due to advance commitments with external vendors and venues.
The organizers are not responsible for personal accidents, sickness, or loss/damage to personal property of participants during the event or the optional tours.
